This Privacy Policy does not replace a separate contract, service agreement, data processing agreement, business associate agreement, consent form, or other written agreement between My Global Mobile and a client. When there is a conflict, the applicable written agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.

My Global Mobile provides strategic marketing, AI automation, and business growth services. Depending on the engagement, these services may include:

  • AI automation consulting and implementation;
  • AI business consulting and AI team training;
  • AI automation agents and Agentic AI Agents;
  • AI receptionists, AI voice agents, AI assistants, and AI chatbots;
  • Inbound and outbound call handling;
  • Lead qualification, appointment setting, and automated follow-up;
  • Lead generation, business contact research, data enrichment, and Lead Reveal or website visitor identification;
  • Search engine optimization, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, AEO, GEO, and AI-search optimization;
  • Online reputation management and review-generation systems;
  • Social media management and content creation;
  • Sales funnels and landing pages;
  • Email newsletters and marketing automation;
  • Online course creation and training systems;
  • Customer reactivation, database monetization, and revenue-recovery campaigns; and
  • Related software, platform, consulting, implementation, management, referral, and affiliate services.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that My Global Mobile controls or processes for its own business purposes.

In some situations, we process personal information solely on behalf of a business client. In those situations, the client generally determines why and how the information is processed, and My Global Mobile acts as a service provider, contractor, or processor. Requests relating to client-controlled information should generally be directed to the applicable client.

This Privacy Policy does not govern independent third-party websites, applications, platforms, advertisers, payment processors, affiliate providers, or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

Commercial emails will include a method to unsubscribe where required. You may opt out by:

Opting out of promotional email will not prevent us from sending necessary account, transaction, security, legal, or service-related communications.

When you provide a mobile number and give the required consent, we may send text messages concerning:

AI voice agents are not intended for emergency communications. Do not use them to report medical, safety, law-enforcement, or other emergencies.

  • Added to a CRM;

Clients using these services are responsible for ensuring that their collection, use, outreach, and follow-up practices comply with applicable privacy, telemarketing, email, SMS, advertising, and industry-specific laws.

13. Affiliate Links, Referrals, and Compensation

We may recommend, promote, link to, resell, or facilitate access to third-party products, software, platforms, or services.

My Global Mobile may receive:

Affiliate compensation does not necessarily increase the price you pay. Recommendations reflect our business judgment based on the information available to us, but you should conduct your own evaluation before purchasing a third-party product or service.

16. Client-Controlled Information

Clients may provide My Global Mobile with contact lists, customer records, lead records, call data, CRM data, website data, email lists, or other information.

The client is responsible for:

  • Having the legal right to provide the information;
  • Delivering required privacy notices;
  • Obtaining legally required consents;
  • Maintaining suppression and do-not-contact lists;
  • Responding to consumer requests;
  • Providing accurate instructions; and
  • Complying with applicable industry and communication laws.

When acting as a service provider or processor, we use client-controlled information according to the client’s documented instructions and applicable agreements.

If your request concerns information controlled by one of our clients, we may direct you to that client or assist the client in responding.

  • Reply STOP to recurring SMS messages;
  • Ask not to receive marketing calls;

An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and may need to verify the consumer directly.

If we deny your request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word Appeal and an explanation of your request.

Some information may be exempt from a request, including information required to complete transactions, comply with law, protect security, prevent fraud, maintain legal claims, or fulfill contractual obligations.

21. California Privacy Notice

This section supplements the remainder of this Privacy Policy for California residents where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies.

22. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to traditional Do Not Track signals, our websites may not respond to them.

Where applicable law requires it, we will process recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request for the browser or device transmitting the signal.
